SUP Instruction
10 fun-filled years of experience into the hospitality and water recreation world, Kama Prana has helped hundreds of people of all ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds "Stand-Up" and have fun on SUP, Stand-Up Paddleboard. Stand-Up Paddleboarding is a fun activity and experience that is available to everyone, regardless of age, experience or physique. The feeling of kneeling or standing on a wide, cushy, stable, soft-top board, on top of the water (in contrast to down in a kayak or canoe) is a peaceful and empowering experience of a lifetime.
Kama's passion for helping others live and enjoy their lives to the fullest comes to life in her interactions with people on the water. She will make sure you and your group feel safe and confident in lessons, adventures, Pool Yoga class, or just playing on the water!
Kama Prana is a WSUPA-Certified Flatwater SUP Instructor, and an Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA)-Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is currently "Heartsaver" CPR/AED Certified through the American Heart Association (AHA). Try SUPing with Kama this summer!
